2. Custom Exhausts & Special Orders
Please note that custom-built exhausts and special order items are strictly non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom builds (e.g., custom titanium exhausts) may take 2-4 weeks to manufacture before shipping.
2. Freight Shipping
Large items such as Roll Bars, Bull Bars, and Canopies require specialized freight shipping. Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery upon arrival.
